About The Role
- Casual positions available
- Located in Orange NSW
- Provide clinical leadership within a supportive aged care environment
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical leadership and evidence-based nursing care
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and lead decision-making
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and support their goals
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families
- Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers
- Contribute to a holistic and collaborative care environment
About You
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Compassionate, adaptable, and resilient
- A genuine passion for aged care
- Experience in aged or community care desirable but not essential
- New graduates and nurses transitioning from other healthcare settings are encouraged to apply
