Role

This exciting newly created role will provide a senior Corporate/Commercial SC/SA with the opportunity to step up to a salaried Partner or equity Partner role (if bringing a portable practice). You will have exceptional client servicing skills, high level drafting, advisory, and transactional expertise. You will utilise your BD skills to develop and strengthen the firm's Corporate/Commercial practice. The broad based Corporate/Commercial practice will see you working on:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate governance
• Commercial contract negotiations
• Business structuring – companies, trusts, partnerships
• International investment
