Are you a Senior Architect looking to step into a leadership role within one of Sydney’s most respected design studios?

THE STUDIO

This established Sydney practice is recognised throughout the design industry for producing refined, highly detailed residential architecture. With a strong reputation built over many years, the studio continues to deliver thoughtfully crafted homes that balance materiality, sustainability and timeless design.

The office has a collaborative culture with a team of 40+ architects and designers working across award-winning projects nationally. Design quality sits at the centre of everything they do, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, detailing and long-term architectural outcomes.

THE ROLE

The Large scale project team is looking for a Senior Architect with proven experience delivering high-end projects from design development through to construction.

This role suits someone coming from a respected design-focused studio, ideally with experience leading projects with complex detailing and strong architectural resolution. You’ll be trusted to run projects, mentor junior team members and work closely with clients, consultants and builders throughout all stages.

The position would suit someone confident working autonomously while contributing positively to the broader studio culture. NSW Registration is preferred, although strong unregistered candidates with senior-level experience will also be considered.

SALARY (depending on experience)

TYPICAL DAY

• Lead large scale projects (multi-resi & commercial) through design, documentation and delivery
• Manage consultant coordination and client communication
• Produce and oversee detailed documentation using Revit
• Resolve complex detailing and construction challenges
• Mentor Graduates and intermediate staff within the team
• Apply strong knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, ADG and council requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
• Strong background delivering large scale projects
• 10+ years post-graduate experience preferred
• Intermediate Revit capability
• NSW Registered Architect preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating beautifully detailed residential work
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
