Relationship Manager - Property Finance

RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal finance, secured notes and property finance loans. We have a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity and are seeking a dynamic and experienced relationship lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our Property Finance distribution channel.

This role involves full relationship management of members, the growth of new property development lending opportunities, credit analysis and risk assessment. You will utilise an operational skillset and network to drive growth in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Property Development :

  • Inspect funded projects and oversee progress payments.
  • Analyse project proposals using feasibility software and adhere to company policies and compliance legislation.
  • Procure valuations and conduct progress inspections for new or increased lending facilities.

Relationship Management:

  • Manage the introduction of new business from existing and member relationships, including presentation of channel market offering.
  • Oversee the member distribution channel, ensuring training, risk and compliance standards are upheld.

Banking/Lending Expertise:

  • Prepare detailed loan submissions and recommend for approval within appropriate authority levels
  • Implement new procedures and policies to meet compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant settlements.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as property finance is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in the banking/property finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the property market with experience in training and marketing financial products.
  • Strong background in relationship management and business development.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to foresee future possibilities.
  • Understanding of legislation and its impact on operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property-related software.
