Role Summary

As Creative Lead, you will be at the forefront of the creative output of our agency and will oversee a team of Creative Strategists while personally driving a select portfolio of high-profile client accounts. You will guide strategy, ensure production quality, and champion innovative workflows that ensure we deliver the best possible results for our clients. This is a hands-on role and your mission is simple: deliver creatives that convert and develop the people who craft them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide a team of Creative Strategists from concept to final asset, maintaining best-in-class standards for Meta and TikTok ads
  • Mentor Creative Strategists to ensure they continue to develop and achieve the best possible results for their clients
  • Own strategy and creative output for a select group of large D2C clients, delivering measurable growth through best in class creative
  • Analyse creative data to derive insights for creative optimisation and testing
  • Act as an expert voice in client meetings and internal training sessions
  • Provide the final quality assurance check on assets before release
  • Contribute to pre-sales pitches, showcasing Swan Studio's creative capabilities to prospective clients
  • Foster a collaborative culture that prizes experimentation, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum five years in a senior creative or strategy role and experience working in paid social
  • Proven track record of conceiving and launching direct response ads that drive purchases, sign-ups, or subscriptions
  • Strong command of short-form video, static design, and iterative creative testing
  • Ability to brief editors and motion designers for optimal post-production outcomes
  • Experience managing client relationships, timelines, and budget expectations
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology in digital environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with obsessive attention to detail
