Job Description
- Leading end-to-end business analysis across multiple initiatives
- Defining integration requirements across core and satellite applications
- Developing business cases, including cost-benefit and risk analysis
- Running workshops and stakeholder engagements at senior levels
- Translating business needs into clear solution direction and requirements
- Partnering with delivery teams, architects, and product stakeholders
- Coaching and mentoring junior Business Analysts
- Driving process improvement and optimisation initiatives
- Supporting UAT and acceptance criteria definition
- Contributing to BA standards, governance, and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
- 15+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
- Strong background working with COTS platforms (ERP, PLM, MRP, etc.)
- Experience defining system integration requirements
- Demonstrated experience building business cases and financial models
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
- Experience mentoring or leading other BAs
- Strong knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
