Executive Director

As Executive Director, you will build on Alinea’s already strong foundation and exceptional track record in service delivery — further strengthening performance, shaping culture, advancing strategic priorities, and ensuring Alinea continues to deliver meaningful outcomes for the people and communities it serves.

As Executive Director, you will work closely with the Board to deliver strategic outcomes across a diverse and complex organisation, including:

• Leading a multi-service portfolio across aged care, disability, employment and community services.
• Driving financial sustainability and long-term organisational viability.
• Overseeing major strategic and capital projects.
• Strengthening workforce capability, culture and safety.
• Building trusted relationships with government, partners, regulators and the wider community.
• Ensuring excellence in governance, service quality and operational performance.

The Executive Director will be a values-led executive with the ability to inspire people, lead through complexity, and create lasting impact. We are interested in hearing from leaders who bring:

• Significant senior executive experience in complex, multi-service organisations

strong financial, strategic and operational capability.

• Experience working with Boards and navigating governance responsibilities.
• The ability to lead diverse teams through change, growth and sector reform.
• A commitment to person-centred services and community impact.
• Ideally, experience in aged care, disability, human services, or adjacent sectors.
