Our client is a respected National Commercial Construction company delivering a mix of fit out, refurb, complex and some new build projects across a range of commercial sectors. They are known for their hands on approach, quality delivery, and strong client relationships, and are now looking for a motivated Estimator to join their growing team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the full estimating lifecycle across a diverse range of commercial construction projects. This includes everything from early stage cost planning through to full Design & Construct (D&C) tender submissions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their estimating career, with genuine scope to grow into a senior position as the team continues to expand.
Key responsibilities
- Cost planning and early feasibility input
- Full measurement and quantity take-offs
- Preparing and finalising detailed project pricing
- Managing end-to-end tender submissions
- Working across projects valued up to $5M–$20M
- Supporting D&C tender processes and documentation
About You
- Ideally 3–5+ years’ estimating experience in commercial construction
- Exposure to both cost planning and D&C tendering
- Ability to independently measure and price projects up to $2M–$15M
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
- Eager to learn, develop, and grow into a leadership role
- Confident communicator and strong team player
- Australian construction experience essential
