Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Powered Engineer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade AI/GenAI solutions including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows. The role involves building resilient full-stack applications, driving MLOps and DevSecOps best practices, and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing AI platforms in cloud-native environments. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, cloud technologies, CI/CD, observability, and full-stack engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale production-grade AI/GenAI platforms including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows integrated with enterprise systems.
  • Develop resilient full-stack applications and APIs using React, Next.js, TypeScript, .NET, and Node.js while ensuring scalability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
  • Establish AI engineering best practices including model evaluation, observability, guardrails, prompt engineering, bias/risk mitigation, and cost-latency optimisation.
  • Drive DevSecOps and MLOps maturity by implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, monitoring, containerisation, and cloud-native deployment practices.
  • Lead engineering excellence through mentoring, incident management, SLO/SLI ownership, platform reuse, automation-first culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model evaluation frameworks.
  • Expertise in full-stack development using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET, REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern API governance practices.
  • Experience with cloud-native and DevOps technologies including AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation/CDK, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD automation.
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps, vector databases, observability, testing frameworks, and AI lifecycle management including Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, OpenTelemetry, TDD/BDD, and performance monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of security, reliability, and operational best practices including secure coding, authentication/authorization, secrets management, SLO/SLI monitoring, incident response, and platform scalability.
