About the opportunity

As an Institutional Client Services Analyst, you’ll sit at the centre of Charter Hall’s wholesale investor experience. Working within the Institutional Client Services (ICS) team, you’ll help ensure investors receive timely, high‑quality and trusted information across pooled funds and partnerships.

From supporting RFIs and due diligence to maintaining robust CRM data and preparing clear client communications and presentations, your work will directly strengthen investor confidence and support long‑term relationships.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Shape a best‑in‑class investor experience. Play a pivotal role in delivering seamless onboarding, capital activity and ongoing engagement for institutional investors.
  • Own the data that powers decisions. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of investor and fund data that underpins reporting, disclosures and leadership insights.
  • Modernise and streamline investor responses. Improve and automate RFIs, DDQs and data‑room processes to lift speed, consistency and quality.
  • Turn data into insight and influence. Strengthen Power BI dashboards and partner across Technology, Finance and Investment teams to improve systems and ways of working.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
  • A desire to learn business objectives and grow skills above and beyond the key responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
