We are currently seeking a Business Systems Support Officer to join our client's team, supporting a range of business applications. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support via phone and email while assisting users with access requests, troubleshooting functionality issues, and supporting procurement and financial systems.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across various government branches, supporting applications including Basware, CHRIS21, HR21, and Masterpiece. The role requires a strong customer-focused mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

· Provide timely and professional customer support via phone and email

· Resolve functionality and access issues across multiple business applications

· Support systems including Basware, CHRIS21, HR21, Masterpiece, EMS, and ANZ Transactive

· Accurately record and update customer information within database systems

· Work collaboratively within the Service Desk team to achieve daily targets and shared goals

· Assist with supporting tenders, contracts, and purchase card expense management processes

· Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing a high volume of enquiries and requests

· Escalate complex issues appropriately and contribute to continuous process improvement
