Format Development: Create various content formats, e.g., online course modules, workshop outlines, infographics, video scripts, blog posts, interactive resources, e-books.

  • supporting the execution and improvement of activities, including pilot testing and feedback processes.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all content and output are scientifically accurate, theoretically and ethically sound, and adhere to brand voice and quality standards.

Finalise the coaching program structure and content, including activities, templates, workbooks, etc., that will integrate with the online learning program.

3. Marketing Plan and Social Media Strategy and Execution

Develop a Marketing Plan and Social Media Strategy, including social media content, with a focus on the launch of the program, as well as the ongoing calendar. Note: The execution of the Marketing Plan and Social Media Strategy will be in collaboration with a social media agency.

  • Content Production: Create visually appealing and compelling social media assets (i.e., graphics, short videos, captions) that drive traffic and conversions. Proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) and use data-driven insights to refine the strategy and content.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an online community around the wellbeing topics.
