The Opportunity

HustleTalent is partnering with a fast-scaling D2C subscription brand in the pet wellness space to find their next Head of Growth. This is a rare seat at a company that has already built serious traction, and is now ready to pour fuel on the fire.

The Role

This is a hands-on and strategic position reporting directly to the founders. You'll own the full growth engine, spanning paid media, email, CRM, and lifecycle, with the budget, backing, and creative freedom to do it properly.

This isn't a "manage the agency and report back" role. It's full ownership of strategy and execution across every channel that drives subscriber growth and long-term customer value.

What You'll Own

• Paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and TV, plus emerging channels
• Email, SMS, and CRM strategy, including lifecycle flows, segmentation, and retention programmes
• Multi-million dollar budget management with accountability on CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• A hybrid team model across agencies, contractors, and in-house hires
• Attribution and analytics (Triple Whale, GA4, and CRM stack)
• Creative testing roadmaps across paid and owned channels
• Direct reporting to founders on performance and growth strategy

About You

• 5+ years in a senior growth role within D2C eComm, ideally subscription
• Proven experience scaling multi-million dollar paid budgets with results to show for it
• Strong hands-on ownership of email and CRM (Klaviyo or similar)
• Commercial thinker: you live in CAC, LTV, and margin
• Comfortable running agency and in-house hybrid models
• A creative eye across both paid and owned channel content
