We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join a leading Australian telecommunications company on an initial 12-month contract. This is a high-impact role working at the heart of a complex program environment, supporting senior stakeholders across reporting, financial management, and program governance. You will play a key role in keeping critical initiatives on track and ensuring clear visibility for executive leadership.

THE ROLE
In this role you will coordinate program-level activities across a portfolio of initiatives, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, financial tracking, and delivery reporting. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supporting program delivery activities across multiple workstreams
- Engaging and managing relationships with key stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Owning program-level reporting, producing regular status updates, dashboards, and executive communications
- Supporting financial management including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Maintaining program governance frameworks, RAID logs, and action trackers
- Facilitating meetings, workshops, and governance forums
- Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating as appropriate
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Program Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role within a large enterprise environment
- Strong background in stakeholder management, reporting, and financial tracking across complex programs
- Experience within the cybersecurity or telecommunications industry highly regarded
- Solid understanding of program governance and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong financial acumen, comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Australian citizenship preferred
