Role scope

  • Greeting clients in-person and over the phone; routing enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Preparing correspondence and maintaining records
  • Liase with the ATO, training can be provided
  • Light EA/PA duties to support the leadership team

Requirements

  • Excellent communication & professional presentation
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in an administrative role (minimum 12 months)
  • Active and ongoing right to work full-time in Australia
  • Previous experience in an accounting firm highly regarded
