We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise technology program delivering complex integration and systems transformation initiatives.

This role is suited to a highly capable professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills, deep systems analysis experience, and a proven ability to deliver technical solutions across enterprise environments.

About the Role

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical delivery areas to analyse requirements, support solution delivery, and contribute to enterprise integration activities.

You will play a key role in translating business needs into technical specifications, supporting delivery teams through the project lifecycle, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across both project and BAU initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define requirements
Conduct analysis, planning, and monitoring activities across complex ICT initiatives
Deliver technical integration and systems analysis outcomes
Develop and maintain business, functional, and technical specifications
Support UAT activities, release planning, and production issue triage
Collaborate with development and testing teams to resolve defects and integration issues
Provide technical advice and support to both business and delivery teams
Review work completed by other analysts and support knowledge sharing across the team
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and delivery practices

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Strong experience as a Systems Analyst within complex enterprise ICT environments
Experience managing requirements definition and stakeholder engagement activities
Strong capability in technical analysis, integration projects, and solution delivery
Experience developing business cases, impact assessments, and technical documentation
Ability to manage competing priorities across large-scale initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Ability to provide specialist technical advice and guidance across teams

Desirable Experience

Experience in consultancy or advisory-focused environments
Knowledge of industry methods, tools, and standards frameworks
Experience contributing to process improvement and delivery governance activities

Working Environment

This role offers hybrid working arrangements following an initial onboarding period. Candidates must be available to work onsite regularly within their nominated state office location.

Clearance Requirements

Candidates must hold Baseline Security Clearance.
