Location: Redland Bay Business Park, QLD

Hours: 2 days per week, 10:30am – 1:30pm

Type: Casual — with genuine room to grow + also negotiable for the right person.

Requirements: Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's licence.

From Day One — Warehouse Assistant

This is where you'll start. Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, labelling and preparing parcels for dispatch, and making sure every order goes out looking the part. You'll also be responsible for general warehouse management — keeping the space tidy, organised and safe, assembling and putting together products as required, managing inventory and helping with incoming stock.

Accuracy matters to us enormously. Our customers are real people who've just bought a new car and they're excited about their accessories arriving — getting the right item in the right box every single time is everything. We have high standards and we need someone who shares them.

You'll also assist with general admin tasks from day one — things like processing orders, managing tracking and helping keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to adhere to workplace safety standards at all times
  • Skills in packing and inventory management are a big plus
  • Prior warehouse experience are advantageous but not essential
  • Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems quickly

At Around 3 Months — Customer Service

Once you're settled in and know the products and the brand, we'd love to bring you into our customer service world. This means responding to customer enquiries via email, helping customers find the right accessories for their vehicle, and handling any order issues or returns with warmth and professionalism.

At Around 6 Months — Admin

As you grow with us, there's an opportunity to take on broader admin responsibilities — processing orders and updates in Shopify, assisting with product listings and content, and supporting the team in the broader business.
