Fleet Administrator

As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a core role in the success of our fleet operations, supporting a busy corporate sales team and ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing new vehicle orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Registering, taxing, and invoicing vehicles in preparation for delivery.
- Raising workshop and valet preparation instructions.
- Keeping customers updated on order progress and expected arrival dates.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet customer requirements.
- Assisting with customer specification and lead time queries.
- Contacting customers to arrange deliveries.
- Checking and reconciling manufacturer support payments on new registrations.
- Maintaining accurate records and administration throughout.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment:
- Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or fleet administration would be advantageous, but not essential — training will be provided.
- Proven background in a busy administrative role with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise workload, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
