Job Description
- Lead and coordinate a major global strategic account across the mining and industrial sectors
- Develop and strengthen senior executive relationships across operational, commercial and corporate leadership teams
- Align regional business units and internal stakeholders around a unified global customer strategy
- Identify growth opportunities across products, services, aftermarket and integrated solutions
- Chair strategic account forums and drive collaboration across international teams
- Lead complex commercial discussions and support major negotiations
- Act as the escalation and relationship point for senior customer stakeholders globally
- Maintain strong visibility across operational delivery, customer priorities and market developments
- Drive long-term account planning and strategic partnership initiatives
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a senior commercial or operational leader with deep exposure to the mining, resources, industrial services or heavy engineering sectors.
You will likely bring:
- Experience managing large, enterprise-level customer relationships within complex industrial environments
- Existing relationships across senior mining industry stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- A background in mining services, OEMs, industrial technology, engineering solutions or operational leadership
- Strong commercial capability with experience leading strategic negotiations and complex customer engagements
- The ability to influence across matrix organisations and coordinate global stakeholders
- Executive presence and credibility in front of senior operational and corporate leaders
- A pragmatic, relationship-led and highly collaborative leadership style
- Exposure to international business environments and multi-region stakeholder management
