Financial Crime Risk Advisory Partner

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking an experienced Financial Crime Risk Advisory Partner to join the team on a 12-month Contract.

About The Opportunity

Join the Compliance and Governance team as a Financial Crime Risk Advisory Partner, where you’ll provide independent oversight, challenge, and expert advice to strengthen Financial Crime risk management across the business. Acting as a trusted SME, you’ll identify emerging risks and typologies, assess incidents (including root cause analysis), and support effective remediation and control uplift. Working closely with Financial Crime, Risk and broader business stakeholders, you’ll translate complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes helping the organisation meet its regulatory obligations while continuously improving its risk culture and governance framework.

About You

You are an experienced Financial Crime or AML/CTF professional with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and casino-related risk typologies. You bring proven capability in analysing issues, conducting risk reviews, identifying control gaps, and delivering clear, high-quality reporting and insights. With excellent communication skills, you’re able to simplify complex technical information and influence decision-making at all levels. Highly organised and detail-driven, you effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining independence and a proactive, collaborative approach. Relevant tertiary qualifications or AML/CTF accreditation will be highly regarded.

This role has a targeted start date of July 2026 in line with current business priorities.
