Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of documentation and reports.
- Maintain and update client records in the company's database.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Respond to client and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor and manage sales-related correspondence and communications.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Admin Should Have
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role within a corporate setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry is advantageous but not essential.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
