Business Transformation Analyst

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking experienced Business Transformation Analysts to join the team on a 12-month Contract.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Program Director, this 12‑month contract will see you deliver compliance and risk‑led transformation across the organisation. You will apply your business analysis expertise to support regulatory, risk and operational teams to define, plan and deliver complex change initiatives that uplift governance, controls and business practices.

The role has a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and end‑to‑end process improvement, including ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process mapping, control identification and requirements documentation. Working closely with SMEs, you will lead the development of SOPs, Guides, FAQs and User Guides, ensuring alignment to regulatory obligations and internal risk frameworks. You will also support the implementation and embedding of change through go‑live and post‑implementation activities.

About You

You have proven experience as a Business or Transformation Analyst delivering compliance, risk or regulatory change within complex organisations. You bring hands‑on expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering and supporting large‑scale transformation programs.

Highly organised and analytical, you can manage competing priorities in regulated environments while delivering to deadlines. You are a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate regulatory or risk requirements into practical, business‑ready outcomes.
