This is more than a graduate role. It is a hands-on opportunity to build your engineering career in one of Australia’s most recognised manufacturing environments. You will gain practical experience across a large-scale brewery, work with passionate technical leaders, and contribute to projects that make a real impact across safety, quality, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for engineering graduates who are ready to learn, get involved, and build the foundations for a long-term career with Lion.
The remuneration package is $75000 base salary + 10% bonus + 12% superannuation
About The Program
This is a permanent full-time role, beginning with a structured 15-month program, including rotations, development opportunities, and a capstone project.
During the program, you will rotate through key areas of our brewery operations, including:
- Packaging
- Engineering
- Leadership development
You will also complete a capstone project, giving you the opportunity to solve a real business challenge, apply your technical knowledge, and present your outcomes to key stakeholders.
Please note this role involves manufacturing hours, and there may be times when shift work is required to support your learning and operational needs.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, you will need to:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident
- Have completed your engineering degree within the last two years, or are due to complete it before your start date
- Be available to work on site at Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe
- Be comfortable with manufacturing hours and potential shift requirements
