Sonographer

Position: Sonographer

Location: Geraldton, WA

The Role: This is a permanent full-time, reporting to the Area Chief Technologist . You will be based at our Geraldton clinic, Monday to Friday with shifts rostered between 8am – 5pm . We can also offer flexible working arrangements to suit your working availability, including a 9-day fortnight.

• Provide high quality scanning and patient care.
• Support the radiologist with minor interventional procedures.
• Collaborate with the technical and clerical team toward the positive team culture, as well as hospital staff and referrers.

Requirements

Current ASAR Registration.

Experience in general, obstetrics, musculoskeletal, simple vascular, breast imaging, and assisting interventional procedures.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Availability to participate in the on-call roster, which are occasional and for a single case only.

Able to work occasional Saturdays with overtime rates.
