Role: To drive sales velocity by removing administrative friction from the sales cycle and ensuring data integrity within Cisco’s commercial systems.

• Quote-to-Order Ownership: Executing complex quotes in CCW (Cisco Commerce Workspace) and managing the end-to-end submission process.
• SFDC Pipeline Hygiene: Auditing Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities to ensure accurate forecasting, stage management.
• Deal Governance: Managing internal deal approvals, discounting requests, and non-standard contract requirements.
• Sales Reporting: Generating weekly performance dashboards and tracking regional KPIs for Account Leads.
• Systems Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with SFDC and Cisco CCW (or equivalent enterprise ERP/CRM tools).
• Data Accuracy: High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the sales lifecycle, discounting structures, and procurement processes.
• Problem Solving: Ability to navigate internal finance and licensing "blocks" to keep deals moving.
