One of Australia’s most trusted charities, Guide Dogs Australia (GDA) is a group of organisations around Australia that provide a broad range of specialist services to assist people of all ages who have low vision or blindness, achieve their goals in life.

Their professional services include provision of Guide Dogs, other assistance dogs, innovative children’s mobility programs, orientation and mobility training for adults as well as social connection programs to support active community participation.

With limited government funding, these services rely heavily on strong, meaningful partnerships, particularly within the corporate sector.

Reporting to the National Partnerships Manager, the National Partnerships Co-ordinator plays an essential role in supporting and maintaining GDA’s national partnerships. Working closely with partners, state teams and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure partnerships are delivered seamlessly, professionally and with impact.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll coordinate partnership activations, campaigns, reporting and engagement activities, while supporting the ongoing growth and development of key relationships. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, national team and contribute to partnerships that have genuine, measurable impact.

You are a highly organised and relationship-focused professional, who enjoys working across multiple projects and supporting partnerships to succeed. You take pride in delivering high-quality work, building strong internal and external relationships, and contributing to outcomes that make a difference.

  • Experience in partnerships, fundraising, account coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience supporting campaigns, events or partnership activations
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to track activity and manage reporting requirements
  • A collaborative and proactive approach and confidence to work across teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of partnership or fundraising outcomes
  • A genuine interest in contributing to an organisation delivering meaningful community impact and a commitment to live the Values and Behaviours of Guide Dogs
  • Lived experience as a person with disability, specifically Blindness or Low Vision is highly valued
