The Roles

Depending on the role and firm, responsibilities may include:

• Managing files from open to close
• Drafting and preparing legal documentation
• Diary management and coordinating meetings
• Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
• Billing, timesheets and administrative support
• Supporting Partners and Lawyers across busy practices

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities
• A professional, proactive and team-focused approach
