We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a major transformation program focused on customer and technology initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end change activities across digital and operational projects, partnering with stakeholders to drive successful adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver change strategies, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Conduct impact assessments and manage change risks
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
  • Support large-scale digital transformation initiatives

Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years’ Change Management experience
  • Strong background in digital transformation and technology implementations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Prosci, APMG, or similar certification preferred
  • Experience working in Agile environments
