Senior HRIS System Analyst

Well established State Government organization looking for a Senior System Analyst (Chris21)

Hybrid working model | 3-6 months + possible extensions | up to $740 + super PAYG | Melbourne CBD

Your new Organization

You will be part of a well established State Government Organization that provides reliable and secure ICT services that support the Victorian Government to deliver for the community.

Your new role

• Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HR systems.
• Drive enhancements to the systems to improve functionality, efficiency, and integration with other business processes.
• Manage and lead system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other business applications.
• Design and implement data models to support business intelligence solutions, with a focus on Employee related data.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into business performance.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization between HR systems and other Cenitex corporate systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with business leaders and technical teams to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualification

• Have understanding/experience in Government Identity Provisioning Service (GIPS) (Desirable)
• Have experience with Chris21 integration processes (Desirable)
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise systems to support system optimisation, integration and reporting in a complex organisational environment.
• Demonstrated experience analysing data to generate business insights that support system improvement, process optimisation and evidence-based, actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing or maintaining reports, dashboards or data outputs using business intelligence or data analysis tools to improve data quality, visibility and confidence.
