About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Millers Point, Australia.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. This is an entry level role with our ideal candidate having a great attitude along with being organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining strong client relationships, while providing comprehensive administrative support to our service teams.

Primary responsibilities

  • Manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and events, maintaining accurate calendars and sending timely reminders
  • Maintain detailed client records and documentation, ensuring all information is current and organized in our database systems
  • Process client requests and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Prepare and distribute client reports, proposals, and other materials in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling to support client service operations

About you

  • Prior experience in retail industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tertiary degree in business/marketing (highly desirable)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and other standard office software
