Test Analyst (Celonis)

Green Light are looking for an experienced Test Analyst with strong Celonis experienceto assist in the delivery of a large enterprise program of work. This role is responsible for testing activities across Celonis process mining and execution management solutions, ensuring that all assigned technology outcomes are delivered to agreed quality standards and within the allocated timeframe.

You will work closely with business, data, and technology stakeholders to validate Celonis data models, process analytics, dashboards and action flows in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely delivery of Celonis testing outcomes and ensure the quality of testing processes
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scenarios covering:
• Data ingestion and transformation
• Process models and variants
• KPIs, dashboards, and analytics accuracy
• Action Flows and automation logic (where applicable)
• Perform data reconciliation and validation between source systems and Celonis outputs
• Provide subject matter expertise on Celonis testing approaches and best practices
• Monitor, track and report on testing progress, risks and issues
• Raise, manage and follow through defects to resolution across the SDLC
• Support integration testing and end‑to‑end validation of enterprise processes
• Ensure testing aligns to delivery timelines, escalating issues and risks as required\

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience specialising as a Celonis Test Analyst
• Proven experience testing Celonis implementations within large, complex environments - ie banking, financial services, or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of process mining concepts, KPIs, and end-to-end business process validation
• Experience working across enterprise data sources (e.g. ERP, core banking, CRM systems) feeding Celonis
• Application of knowledge of project and programme management frameworks
• Ability to validate data accuracy, transformations and business logic within Celonis data models
• Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, data, and delivery teams
• Ability to ensure all testing activities are completed in accordance with agreed test strategies and governance
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound judgement and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritise work effectively in a fast‑paced delivery environment
• Hands‑on experience with Celonis EMS, Action Flows or Studio
• Exposure to SQL or data validation techniques
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
