Scheduler to join their collaborative, design‑focused team.
Renowned for delivering architecturally inspired, one‑of‑a‑kind residences, this builder specialises in high‑quality double‑storey homes crafted with precision, originality, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling — Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all pre‑construction stages
- Material & Trade Coordination — Prepare accurate schedules for materials, trades, and procurement requirements
- Timeline Management — Ensure all scheduling milestones align with design, drafting, estimating, and construction workflows
- Stakeholder Liaison — Communicate with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm availability, lead times, and sequencing
- Quality & Accuracy Checks — Review drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure schedules reflect the latest project information
- Process Improvement — Contribute to the rollout and integration of the upcoming 3D take‑off system
- Reporting — Provide clear scheduling updates and reports to management and project teams
About You
- Proven experience as a Scheduler within custom or high‑end residential construction
- Strong knowledge of double‑storey construction and Perth building methodologies
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and trade lead times
- Experience using scheduling or construction management software (Truth Engine highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
