About the role

We are looking for an AI Lead to drive the firm’s

adoption and effective use of artificial intelligence. This is a senior,

firm-wide role responsible for identifying where AI can deliver value,

introducing appropriate technologies, and embedding AI into day-to-day

workflows and delivering measurable business outcomes.

While this

role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry we all have the

About the team

The role will report to our Chief Information

Officer (CIO). Working closely

with practice groups and shared services, the AI Lead will help the firm

continue to evolve into an AI-enabled organisation, enhancing efficiency,

quality, and client service outcomes.

The role will

operate in alignment with the firm’s broader transformation strategy, ensuring

AI initiatives support business priorities and are delivered in a structured

and sustainable manner.

About you

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies andtheir practical business applications
  • Experience working with business stakeholdersto identify and implement technology-driven improvements
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholdersand influencing adoption of new technologies
  • Ability to assess and prioritise initiativesbased on business value and outcomes
  • Commercial awareness in assessing and selectingtechnology solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability toRelevant experience in AI, technology orinnovation roles (legal or professional services preferred)Tertiary qualifications or certifications in arelated field are advantageous
