• CBD Location – Hybrid Working Arrangement
• SuccessFactors Implementation – $650-700 a day inc super

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Analyst to support the delivery of a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation program modernising Human Capital Management across government.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive UAT strategies, plans, and test scenarios
• Coordinate end-to-end UAT activities across multiple SuccessFactors modules and integrated systems
• Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to validate business processes and requirements
• Facilitate test preparation workshops, test execution, defect triage, and retesting activities
• Track and report on testing progress, risks, issues, and quality outcomes

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience working as a UAT Test Analyst
• Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors or broader HCM/payroll transformations
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, and test governance
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
