Must Haves

5+ years in business process improvement

Experience driving technology adoption across large user bases (200+ people)

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance concepts

Track record of embedding tools into businessâ€`asâ€`usual operations

Demonstrated ownership of adoption or business outcomes

Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into clear business outcomes

Nice Haves

Experience with data governance, privacy, or DSPM tools

Background in telecommunications or regulated industries

Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement certifications

Experience working across cloud environments

Experience using adoption or value metrics to inform decisions making
