As a Senior Consultant, you’ll own end‑to‑end recruitment across the renewables and broader energy space, partnering with clients that are delivering real projects.
You’ll be trusted to run your desk like a business, supported by a collaborative team, strong leadership, and the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing full‑cycle recruitment across renewables and the broader energy transition
- Building and developing long‑term client relationships
- Delivering senior technical, project, and leadership roles
- Proactively developing new business and growing your market presence
- Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Mentoring junior consultants (if this interests you)
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who brings credibility, confidence, and drive as well as:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within renewables or energy
- A strong network or deep market knowledge in at least one renewables/energy discipline
- A track record of consistent billing and client delivery
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and hard‑to‑find skillsets
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills
- A commercially minded, consultative approach
