Summary
This role supports the General Manager Risk & Compliance and Head of Compliance to ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met. You will manage compliance processes, respond to regulatory notices (including SIRA and GIPA), oversee compliance incidents and act as an escalation point for complex matters while supporting broader Risk & Governance initiatives.

You will lead responses to regulatory notices, manage compliance incidents, and partner with the business and Legal team to ensure obligations are met. The role also focuses on improving processes, supporting investigations, overseeing external providers, and contributing to a strong compliance culture.
About you
- Experience in compliance, risk or regulatory roles within a complex or regulated environment
- Experience managing regulatory notices and compliance incidents end-to-end
- Ability to interpret legislation and apply it in a practical business context
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders
- Experience working with Legal teams and/or external providers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and drive process improvements
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and embed a compliance culture
