Fleet Controller

PERSOL have partnered with a well-established transport and logistics operation is seeking an experienced

Fleet Controller to join their morning operations team.

This role is responsible for coordinating heavy vehicle freight operations, driver scheduling, and daily fleet movements within a fast-paced transport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles
• Monitor fleet movements and manage operational issues
• Communicate with drivers, depots, and operational teams
• Ensure fatigue management and CoR compliance
• Support fleet utilisation and scheduling outcomes
• Maintain transport documentation and operational records

About You

• Previous experience in fleet coordination, dispatch, transport scheduling, or allocator roles
• Strong understanding of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Knowledge of Australian road transport regulations and freight documentation processes
• Experience working within transport, logistics, freight, or heavy vehicle operations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience using transport dispatch or fleet management systems is desirable
• Current Driver's Licence required
