Transport Operations Supervisor to support daily freight operations from a modern Perth distribution facility.

This role will oversee fleet coordination, driver support, operational performance, and safety compliance within a fast-paced refrigerated freight environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transport and freight operations
• Coordinate fleet activities and driver requirements
• Maintain OH&S and Chain of Responsibility compliance
• Support incident reporting and operational investigations
• Monitor freight handling, service delivery, and operational KPIs
• Assist with rostering, shift coverage, and workforce coordination
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Previous experience within transport, logistics, or freight operations
• Leadership or supervisory experience within a transport environment
• Strong understanding of transport compliance and safety requirements
• Experience coordinating drivers, fleet movements, or freight activities
• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced operational environments
• Experience using transport systems and Microsoft Office applications
