We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and

experienced Legal Assistant to join our busy and dynamic Workplace Law &

Culture team.

While this

role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry we all have the

About the team

The Workplace Law & Culture team, services a

broad mix of employer clients including large private sector, local state and

Commonwealth government departments.

You will work alongside leading Employment

Lawyers specialising in employment; workplace relations; discrimination and

work safety law, who enjoy helping workplaces, people and business prosper.

The role offers the opportunity to work in a

friendly, fun team with a genuine commitment to flexibility.

About you

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Legal Secretary/LegalAssistant role
  • Demonstrated experience in an employment and industrialrelations practice
  • A pro-active ability to maintain high quality work with exceptional attention todetail;
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills;
  • Good technical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and positive approach.
