ABOUT THE COMPANY - State of the art Mercedes-Benz dealership, part of a large group with big picture career opportunities. Located within the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral part of the end to end customer experience, including pre- and post-sales.

Your General Job Function

  • Utilising CRM systems whilst maintaining database
  • Contacting customers for post sales feedback
  • Contacting leads for events / promotions
  • Assisting Marketing with events and mail-outs
  • General Administration and Reception duties where required

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • An experienced Customer Relations Manager or Customer Service professional - Automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Someone who is passionate about customers and exceeding their expectations
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey
