ABOUT THE COMPANY - State of the art Mercedes-Benz dealership, part of a large group with big picture career opportunities. Located within the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral part of the end to end customer experience, including pre- and post-sales.
Your General Job Function
- Utilising CRM systems whilst maintaining database
- Contacting customers for post sales feedback
- Contacting leads for events / promotions
- Assisting Marketing with events and mail-outs
- General Administration and Reception duties where required
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- An experienced Customer Relations Manager or Customer Service professional - Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Someone who is passionate about customers and exceeding their expectations
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey
