Strategy Manager - Procurement

We are partnering with a major ASX-listed organisation with a household-name brand to recruit a Consulting Manager to join a high-performing internal consulting team within Group Procurement.

This team acts as a strategic advisory function, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver large-scale cost optimisation and transformation initiatives across indirect spend. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move from management consulting into industry while continuing to work on complex, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost optimisation and transformation programs
• Identify opportunities through structured analysis and business case development
• Drive process improvement and operational transformation initiatives
• Establish governance, reporting and steering committees
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
• Lead project teams and deliver measurable outcomes

About You

• Experience in management consulting, transformation or strategy roles
• Background in procurement, supply chain or operational improvement
• Proven experience delivering cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
