What will you be doing?
You will be delivering Employability Skills Training and Career Transition Assistance programs to our participants including:
- Deliver courses in line with the requirements of the relevant contractual requirements.
- Deliver training in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and online.
- Provide tailored support and guidance to maximise every learner’s chance to build their employability skills and competencies toward successful completion of the course.
- Participate in and support the development of course materials.
- Deliver structured training sessions that are enjoyable and engaging as per our Learning Management System.
- Adapt the course resources, pace of delivery and style as required to ensure effective delivery.
Who are you?
Skills And Experience We Are Looking For Include
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing
- Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements.
- Ability to establish and create networks across employment service providers
- High level communication skills, both oral and written
- Work experience within the relevant industry and job role/s
- Training & assessment or facilitator experience in classroom, workplace and/or online settings.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher or demonstrated relevant experience desired not essential
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
