An established and fast-growing global player in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across its distribution channel network. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding market share, strengthening partner relationships, and delivering revenue growth across C&I, and small utility segments.

You will take ownership of a defined territory, managing both existing distributor relationships and new business development opportunities. You’ll play a key role in positioning innovative solar, battery solutions and energy solutions in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base
  • Build, manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, installers, and key channel partners
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to deal closure and post-sale support
  • Deliver against sales targets (revenue, volume, margin, and market share)
  • Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers to support project-specific needs
  • Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

About You

  • Proven sales experience in Solar PV or renewable energy technologies
  • Strong background in channel sales or distribution sales models
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes involving both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with an understanding of project economics and customer requirements
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
