Operating from their Mile End office, the team provides a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals are trusted to take ownership while being backed by experienced leadership.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Hydraulic Drafter to step into a role where you will work across multiple projects, contribute to high-quality outcomes, and continue developing your technical capability within a structured and well-supported business.

The Role

Working closely with the Operations Manager and Hydraulic Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of drafting deliverables across a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing 2D hydraulic shop drawings, set-out drawings, and as-constructed documentation using AutoCAD
• Interpreting client markups and translating them into accurate documentation
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining drawing standards and ensuring quality control across all documentation
• Communicating directly with clients to provide updates and clarify requirements
• Working both autonomously and collaboratively within the team
• Contributing to continuous improvement of drafting systems and processes

This is a hands-on drafting role focused on quality delivery, not coordination or 3D modelling.

You are a technically capable and detail-focused drafter who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality documentation.

You will bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within building services drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience advantageous)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across several projects
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Clear communication skills when working with clients and internal teams
• A proactive and reliable approach to your work
