The Role

As we continue to grow, En Masse Agency is looking for a Freelance Social Content Editor to support across client creative and social content.

This is a freelance/casual position with ongoing work available for the right fit.

You’ll be helping turn raw assets into polished, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok.

Think:

• Reels and short-form video editing
• Photo editing and content retouching
• Canva and carousel design
• Social-first creative execution
• Fashion, beauty, hospitality, lifestyle and B2B brands
• A mix of elevated brand storytelling and authentic, personality-led content

What You'll Need

• A strong eye for pacing, aesthetics and brand voice
• Strong attention to detail
• An understanding of social-first content
• Confidence using CapCut, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Organised, reliable and deadline-driven
• Ability to execute a creative brief

Preferred But Not Essential

• Understanding of hooks, retention and performance-based content
• Basic understanding of marketing and social media marketing
• Degree, or currently studying, Marketing, Communications, PR or similar
