About Our Client

Our client is a highly regarded WA property and investment group recognised for delivering a premium investor and client experience across every aspect of the business. With continued growth and a transition into a new Subiaco office underway, they are seeking an Office Administrator to play a central role in supporting daily operations, stakeholder experience and internal coordination.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role sits at the centre of the business and will suit an experienced administrator or corporate receptionist who enjoys being the go-to person within the office. This is a role for someone naturally organised, confident in communicating across all levels and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

About You

  • Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Team Assistant or Corporate Reception role
  • Polished, confident and naturally personable communication style
  • Strong emotional intelligence and professional presentation
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong capability across Microsoft Office and workflow platforms
  • Experience with Teamwork software highly regarded
