We're on the lookout for a dynamic community sales executive to lead our newly established co-working hub to success! This isn't just a job; it's a chance to create, innovate, and make a real impact. Our client is a fast growing co-working ecosystem offering the startup and scaleup community the opportunity to learn and grow with each other. They are expanding across Australia and, looking for a key hire in South Australia, to grow the Adelaide Hub.

So, what is this role?

Sales & Community Management

  • Show propspective members the office suites, conducting grand tours to drive conversion and boost occupancy rates.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing members and potential clients.
  • Lead tours and engage with potential clients, showcasing the value of our community.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to hit occupancy targets.

Operations Management

  • Work closely with the Sydney team to oversee daily operations for a smooth and efficient facility.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resources to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Collaborate with the Sydney marketing team to create local market campaigns to drive interest and promote the brand in the South Australian market.
  • Spot and seize local marketing opportunities to boost visibility and attract members.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success working in a sales capacity within a coworking hub or, a commercial real estate sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, this will be a stand alone role for a little while. You’ll have loads of support from the Sydney team and integrate heavily in their practices, but you’ll be working autonomosly in the Adelaide Suites.
  • Innovative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for technology and the startup industry.

The role is paying a base salary + commissions.
