Convil Group is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team in Sydney.

Convil Group delivers civil infrastructure projects across Sydney for Local Government Councils, TfNSW, and major contractors. Our projects include roadworks, stormwater drainage, streetscape upgrades, utility installations, structural civil works, and site remediation.

About the Role

This position will oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across multiple work fronts, managing Site Supervisors, subcontractors, crews, and plant operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across civil projects
• Coordinate supervisors, crews, subcontractors, and plant
• Ensure works are delivered to specification and program
• Maintain strong safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Councils, and TfNSW representatives
• Drive productivity and maintain strong site coordination

What We are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Senior Supervisor, or Civil Foreman
• Strong civil infrastructure construction knowledge
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors on active civil sites
• Ability to read drawings and manage construction programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience on council or TfNSW projects highly regarded

Requirements

• Current Australian Driver Licence
• White Card
• Full Australian working rights
