Sublime Care is seeking an additional Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team of 35, with experience across the lifespan preferred.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 12 months experience as a registered BSP under the NDIS Framework
Core level registration, but Proficient preferred
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Nursing
Strong working knowledge of Restrictive Practices under the NDIS Framework
Expert ability to identify the "why" behind behaviours of concern and conduct comprehensive assessments and reports
Ability to create, implement and review behaviour support plans using evidence-based practice
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
Unrestricted driver licence
First Aid Certificate
COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum two)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check

What Sublime Care offers:

Above award salary from $80,000-$110,000 + super based on experience/skill set
Permanent full time role, Monday to Friday - no after hours, no weekends!
All expenses paid company car
In-house supervision with Senior BSP with over 10 years' disability experience
MDT approach to therapy - consult with OTs, Speechies, Physios, and Registered Nurses
Long term career stability
